5. The source code and HTML  both are together therefore ASP.NET pages are easy to maintain
6. It is purely server-side technology so, ASP.NET code executes on the server before it is sent to the browser.

8. ASP.NET is regularly updated by Microsoft to meet the most up-to-date technology requirements.
